Our herb and spice seasoning blends are created, tested and blended in-house and to order. Our blends are comprised of chef-quality ingredients and because they are bottled to order, their freshness stands out in flavor, aroma and color.
 
APPLE PIE SEASONING: A custom, balanced blend of cinnamon, nutmeg and cardamom gives our seasoning a delicate flavor to help enhance your apple baked dishes. Apple crisps, strudel, cakes, turnovers, cobblers, and of course, pies taste better as our blend helps distinguish the taste of the apples for a better baked dish.
 
BLACKENING SEASONING: A custom blend of ancho chile, paprika, oregano, chipotle chile, pasilla negro as well as other herbs and spices is great rubbed on fish, chicken, steak and other meats. Made without salt or sugar, our blackening seasoning is ideal for marinating, you can salt to your liking just before you grill.
 
CAJUN SEASONING: Our own house blend of cayenne, spanish paprika, sea salt, black pepper and other spices gives your meals a real Bayou flavor. Use it on the grill on poultry or any meat or seafood. Also gives eggs, soups and salads a unique flavorful cajun taste.
 
DARK CHILI POWDER: Our Dark Chili is a blend of chile powder, oregano, cumin, salt and garlic powder. Dark Chili is used in Southwestern and Mexican-type cooking. It’s the “anchor spice” in chili con carne, and is also used to season eggs, shellfish, cheese dishes and stews. Try it when grilling a variety of meats and use it to spice up pork and beans.
 
CHINESE 5 SPICE: Originating in China, this spice mix combines ground cinnamon, fennel, star anise, cloves, and szechwan pepper. It is often used in meat marinades and as a spice in barbequeing. Mixed with ground salt, it makes a dip for deep-fried Chinese foods. Sprinkle onto spare ribs, roast pork and duck for an authentic Chinese flavor.
 
CURRY MADRAS: Blend Curry Madras with some melted butter and brush on fish before grilling or broiling. Curry Madras is also good on roasted potatoes. Delicious with lamb, beef, chicken, and vegetables. Try a little in scrambled eggs and tomato dishes.
 
FAJITA SEASONING: A combination of garlic, onion and three chile powders: guajillo, pasilla negro and new mexico. Use on chicken, beef, or shrimp, but also makes vegetables like onion, bell peppers and tomatoes burst with Southwest flavor. Made without salt or sugar, our fajita seasoning is ideal for marinating.
 
GARAM MASALA: Garam masala creates a sweetened and finished taste to curries and soups. Garam masala is often added as an ingredient in other curry powders. It goes well with fish, onions, cauliflower, and potatoes. Delicious when sprinkled on grilled lamb, pork, and poultry, and other meats. Mix a little with yogurt to create an interesting dip.
 
HERBS DE PROVENCE: Our Herbs de Provence is a blend of various herbs: basil, thyme, marjoram, rosemary, savory and lavender leaves. Use for roasts, game, braised meat and root vegetables. Use in stews with baked tomatoes or on roasted chicken. Apply before grilling or baking to kabobs, chicken and white fish.
 
HOT CURRY: Blend Hot Curry with some melted butter and brush on fish before grilling or broiling. Use in sauces and marinades to create a unique and warm flavor. Adds a rich golden color to everything from soups and sauces to stews. Try adding curry powder to deviled eggs and egg salads.
 
JERK SEASONING: Sea salt, a dash of allspice, crushed red pepper, paprika, thyme and other spices make our jamaican seasoning truly special. Rub Jerk Seasoning directly onto the meat before you grill or it can be combined with liquid to create a tasty marinade.
 
LEMON PEPPER SEASONING: A balanced blend of lemon peel granules, coarse black pepper, salt and other spices makes our seasoning perfect for a wide array of dishes. Great with poultry, fish, pork and beef whether it’s grilled, baked, broiled or fried.
 
SEVEN PEPPER SEASONING: A unique combination of black, pink, white, tellicherry and green peppercorns, and a blend of red and green crushed bell peppers make our seasoning a truly flavorful grillin experience.
 
FOUR PEPPERCORN BLEND: A custom blend of Black, Pink, Green and White Peppercorns gives our blend a distinct burst of flavor on your favorite dish. The balance of the sharp black, light pink, mild green and strong white makes any dish flavored with pepper come to life with a unique satisfying taste.
 
PORK SEASONING: A blend of whole fennel, kosher salt, greek oregano, thyme, marjoram, garlic and other herbs and spices make our Pork Roast Seasoning truly flavorful and unique. It can be used in the kitchen on pork or other meats as well as outside on the grill to help enhance the flavor of everything you cook.
 
PRIME RIB SEASONING: Our Prime Rib Seasoning is a balanced blend of salt, pepper, garlic, onion, rosemary and other herbs. Our seasoning is not only great on Prime Rib but other roasts as well. Try it on poultry, fish, vegetables and salads to give them an added zest.
 
PUMPKIN PIE SEASONING: Our seasoning is made up of select cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ginger and ground cloves. This blended recipe allows you to make the perfect pie every time. Substitute our seasoning in pumpkin recipes which require cinnamon or nutmeg for a more complex and flavorful result.
 
RIB RUB: Our own blend of ground mustard, paprika, pasilla negro, cumin, coriander and other flavorful spices make our Rib Rub great for grilling. Marinating , grilling or smoking with our rib rub will bring life to your baby back ribs, pork shoulder or beef ribs.
